Members Meeting Schedule (2015)


Per By-Law #3: Members must receive at least seven (7) meeting credits. All meetings count as 1 attendance credit. The Banquet does count for a meeting credit. We have reciprocal meeting credit agreements with most boards in Massachusetts. EAIFO members may use EAIFO meetings toward their meeting credits. Any member who attends another board’s meeting must provide proof to the Secretary so that credit will be earned.
Other boards meeting nights: (consult the websites for meeting times and places)
Monday – ANEFO
Tuesday – CCFOA
Wednesday – AIFO, MIFOA, SMFOA

Also, a credit will be granted if a member is officiating a Varsity Football game at the same time as we are holding a meeting. And members may be granted credits for officiating up to a total of two (2) subvarsity football games or postponed pop-warner football games, that occur during a meeting.


Scheduled for November 5, 2015. Amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws must be submitted to the Board of Directors at least thirty (30) days before the annual business meeting, or by the October 1, 2015 meeting.

Three (3) At-Large Directors are contested this year as well as the Executive Officers and Auditing Committee.

We are going to try to adhere to the following schedule for each meeting:

6:45 – 7:00 Sign-in and discuss future assignments

7:00 – 7:15 Announcements: Commissioner and Board issues and comments

7:15 – 8:15 Presenters for Rules & Mechanics

8:15 – 8:30 Sticky situations & Video

All links will be a .pdf file that you can print out and bring with you to the meetings. They will remain available here for you to save on your computer for future reference.

NOTE: Meeting DATES are correct for 2015, and the Agenda has not been set. The Agenda will be updated over the Summer.
